Moving!

My agenda for the next week:

1. Move to a new city
2. Start new job
3. Bunk with a new roommate

Let me fill you in with the details:

1. I will be leaving Pasadena, and sadly the porch, for tanner sands and bluer waters... Huntington Beach! I never thought I would be moving further into Southern California, but it's happening. I am so excited to live just minutes walking distance from the beach and Brandon. Keep a look out for a new blog title... something like: "Life on the Beach" seems fitting.

2. Goodbye JT, hello Biola!I am excited to announce that I will be working at Biola University in the Marketing and Communications Department. After several interviews, I got the welcome call last Monday!

3. And last, but not least, after six years of living one door down from Courtney, we ware parting ways. Courtney is moving down to San Diego this fall to pursue Tony... err, her career as a Therapist. But, my time living with blondes will NOT be over, because I am moving in with Karin, one of my good friends in Huntington. I got to know Karin from my many trips down to play volleyball, hang out with Brandon and get together with the girls.

So, a lot of changes happening in one weekend, but I'm up for the challenge. Well, maybe I shouldn't say that, because the last few weeks have been a challenge and I was not very welcoming to it. Courtney and Brandon, bless their hearts, would listen to my countless hours of stressing over work, anxiety of moving and the unknown. I honestly don't know how much hair I would have left if it weren't for them holding my hand through these last few weeks (both literally and figuratively...).
